Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. Home Instead clients are located throughout Jasper, Lake, and Porter County areas.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must have valid Auto Insurance
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Caregiving experience NOT needed, but preferred

Job Description:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your responsibilities may include...

• Companionship and Conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Errands and Transportation
• Alzheimer's and other Dementia Care
• Hospice Care
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Personal care, assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues
• Some clients may require experience with Memory Care/Dementia, Gait Belt, Stroke, etc..
